Plebs follows three desperate young men from the suburbs...。失婚中年毛化果，与儿子比利相依为命，房东小钢炮与妻离异后跟女儿猪饱一起生活，小钢炮一向对家庭冷淡又不关心女儿，自从无化果搬来同住后，把家里料理得井井有条，照顾“小”父女无微不至，小钢炮渐受熏陶，变得重视家庭和女儿。这时，毛之前妻却提出要带比利移民加拿大，毛虽力争儿子抚养权却失败……。
