清末，朝廷腐败不堪，某省巡抚鄂托（吴卫东 饰）执掌一方，民怨载道，革命党人纷纷起事，清廷武力镇压。省城最大的戏楼内《霸王别姬》正在上演，巡抚鄂托为捧扮演虞姬的陈子莲（王子子 饰）专程到此赏戏。不料，台上的楚霸王突然刺杀鄂托。鄂托贴身侍卫队长叶德文（杜奕衡 饰）狡猾毒辣，滥杀无辜，楚霸王情急中救下陈子莲。 八个月后，帅气的清朝官宦公子许骥远（蒲巴甲 饰）出现在了鄂托的府中，但已成惊弓之鸟的鄂托并没有将其留在身边，而是派他去巡警学校做了校长。然而叶德文却怀疑许骥远就是逃走的楚霸王……。该剧讲述了与恨之入骨的律师相遇并成为其下属后展开的一系列搞笑故事。。Trevor is a 16 year old, sometimes-violent skinhead with no regard for authority, and would rather spend his time stealing cars than sitting in the detention centre to which he is sent.
