In a world ruled by profit and dominated by the exploitation of the weaker ones, the film literally offers an alternative set of ways about how to thin...。故事的主人公韦小宝（李小飞饰），一个刁钻聪敏的年轻人，他从小跟随母亲居住在扬州妓院。他因为帮助天地会抵抗清兵而闯下了大祸，被老太监私自带入宫中并冒充小太监。在宫中，韦小宝与少年皇帝康熙（周绍栋饰）成了亲密无间的朋友，两人之间有着深厚的友情。他们联手打击了宫中的奸臣，帮助康熙消灭了成宫中的红人。然而，韦小宝的生活变得更加复杂。他误打误撞成为了天地会总舵主的弟子，并被要求刺杀康熙，这让他感到左右为难。韦小宝无意中发现神龙教的计划，他们派遣人冒充太后潜伏在宫中多年，企图盗取大清的命脉——藏宝图。真正的太后则被囚禁。康熙与韦小宝联手，冒险救出了太后。。
