书接前文，自从上集《僵尸归来3之风吹头弯》玉儿后背的纹身突然自燃。荷花和冬生将玉儿送到医院，医生对这种灵异现象给不出任何解释。当三个人离开医院来到地下停车场的时候，玉儿在汽车的反光镜里突然看见了传说中阿修罗部与帝释天大战的“修罗场”。玉儿的后背又开始自燃，这次的燃烧使玉儿背后的纹身神秘消失。玉儿荷花找到四象，四象告之玉儿已经年满24岁，保护她的封印也就是背后的纹身会自动消失，玉儿也将在七天之内魂飞魄散。唯一的解救办法就是去唐朝找到丞相魏征，用六道锁魂术方可救命。。Yaşar, a young man, has a hard time after his father's death.
