This is exactly what the director is planning to achieve with this film| His journeys to Germany, Austria, Russia...。警察阿尊因开枪误中路人，其后拿起枪便浑身颤抖，自此弃枪不用，凭矫健身手屡破奇案。他捣毁一伪钞总部，取得伪钞电板，并四处搜集证据，伪钞集团主脑以尊前妻及儿子的性命换取电板，尊受枪伤，眼看自己的妻儿危在旦夕，畏枪心理能否克服……。陆小凤（刘松仁）武功高强，爱理不平事，因此树敌甚多，常遭暗算，但他总能化险为夷。凤风流不羁，到处留情，好不快活，却不知伤透多少女儿心。凤的生死之交花满楼（黄允财），乃一武艺超凡的瞎子，为人不喜女色。一日，花突闻少女上。官司飞燕（韩马利）被追杀，逐出手相救，燕为报答花，主动留下来照顾他，二人发展出微妙的感情……。
