Season four takes place in a beautiful Malibu beach house where Selena will continue to learn the joys of cooking with an all-star chef lineup including Adrienne Cheatham, Nick DiGiovanni, Devonn Francis, Kristen Kish, Priya Krishna, Ludo Lefebvre, Matty Matheson, Gordon ...。小辣椒和繡花枕受一位億萬富翁林某所託，飛往美國三藩市追尋他的獨生女兒林秀鶯的下落，並囑二人將此行任務保持秘密。抵達後尋找林女期間，因義助一女子免被小偷扒去巨款，而與武館中的教頭張得標結為好友。兩人終在嬉皮士聚集的地方發現了林秀鶯，可惜她誤入歧途，結識了黑社會歹徒羅拔吳。小辣椒和繡花枕表明來意及說服她回港，不料羅拔吳獲悉秀鶯是香港富豪之女，即與其黑社會首領大哥合謀，將秀鶯擄去，小辣椒和繡花枕為拯救她，聯同教頭張得標一起前往歹徒基地……。
