And what price did he end up...。本剧以“人事部”为焦点，故事以残留着古老热血体质的大企业为舞台，愚蠢又过于天真的主人公·人见廉（松田元太饰），与希望改变公司、每天奋斗的女主人公·真野直己（前田敦子饰），与个性丰富的人事部成员们一起在公司中生活，他们需要面对其中出现的员工各种各样的问题，直面“现代人的烦恼”。。江湖大盗在行窃名贵花瓶的时候，无意发现了女主角留下的深情的书信。他被信中的真挚的感情所打动，便将书信发 进了自己的邮箱里仔细阅读。发现这一切的女主角通过电邮与江湖大盗继续保持联络，二人逐渐情投意合。当他们想走到一 起时，却遭到了大盗的幕后老板和女主角贪财好色的男友横加阻拦，他俩能否冲破谋害和危机终成眷属？。
