Plebs follows three desperate young men from the suburbs...。纯（逢坂良太配音）升上了大学，每一天，他上课下课打工，过着枯燥而乏味的生活。某日，在打工的店里，纯意外得到了一本杂志，这本杂志专门教人如何使用杂志里附赠的零件来制作人偶，只要收集齐这一套杂志，按部就班的制作，就能够得到名为真红（泽城美雪配音）美丽人偶。就这样，在好奇心的趋势之下，纯开始制作人偶。可就在快要完工的节骨眼上，纯却收到了杂志休刊的消息，而这一切背后的始作俑者，是名叫雪华绮晶（千叶千惠巳配音）的人偶。当纯开始制作真红的那一刻起，人偶之间的战争再度拉开了序幕。为了完成自己的作品，纯决定亲自前往N之领域，寻找剩下的材料。。
