本片由多个恐怖而有趣的小故事组成。年轻气盛的牛仔Beauregard Decker（唐·默里饰），和他较富社会经验的朋友Virge（亚瑟·奥康纳饰）一起坐巴士前往参加全国牛仔竞赛，中途在酒店中发现表演女郎Cherie（玛丽莲·梦露饰），惊为天人，马上展开热烈的追求。但他那种蛮横无礼的示爱方式却唐突佳人，使她想尽办法逃脱牛仔的求婚。最后在巴士休息站上，牛仔被友人打醒，才改变作风讨得佳人芳心。。Framing StoryDr Martin (Robert Powell) arrives at a secluded asylum "for the incurably insane" to be interviewed for a job by the wheelchair-using, authoritarian Dr Lionel Rutherford (Patrick Magee). Rutherford explains that he owes his current incapacitation to an attack by an inmate. Rutherford reveals his unorthodox plan to determine Martin's suitability for the post of head...。
