A scientist performing illegal stem cell research is trying to find a cure for cancer. After the transfer of shark cells is made into a human test subject, the ill man gets well again and it looks like the treatment was a success. But the experiment goes wrong, and the man transforms into monster: half-shark & half-human. But the scientist knows how to use this to his advantage...。一群有着不同背景阶级的乘客们所乘坐的飞机坠毁在太平洋之中，整个机身半淹没在汪洋里，机舱内的空气供应即将耗尽，然而更恐怖的是海洋里的危险也从四面八方悄然袭来。。
