《终极高手》第一季是由腾讯视频推出的首档职业电竞真人秀节目。节目以万里挑一的电子竞技爱好者，通过国家队教练团队设计的科学训练体系方法支持以及电子竞技职业联赛现役优秀教练的帮助下，从普通的电子竞技爱好者蜕变成为合格的职业选手的历程。。若君（郑惠玉饰）转换工作跑道，到静好之家担任ADN。静好之家是集疗养院和乐龄护理中心于一间的设施。若君的团队包括职失去未婚夫的能治疗师颜夜风（洪凌饰），喜欢上单亲妈妈的医疗助理周留芒（黄振隆饰），还有求学时期爱恋夜风的富家子梅义士（张哲通饰）。在处理中心里长辈们的人生课题当中，医护团队成员也将各自有所成长。。When six friends fly off on a weekend getaway and are suddenly plagued by engine trouble, they're forced to land on a remote island.
