一场失败的银行抢劫案后，嫌疑人失踪，8名人质向两名警察讲述了不同的故事，案件变成了搞笑的谜团。。A escaped prisoner kills the wife and son of a former sheriff, Matt Austin, who sent him to jail long ago. Austin rides in pursuit and locates his quarry in a small town saloon. During the ensuing gunfight, an innocent bystander is shot and the murderer escapes.
