《青稞》是由西藏自治区新闻办公室出品，拉萨沃若美措文化实业有限公司、成都墨鼓文化创意有限公司联合拍摄制作的三集纪录片。是首部全景式、网格化展现青稞这一青藏高原农作物的4K电视纪录片。全片共三集，全片摄制周期跨时两年，摄制组行程长达4万公里。。The film is based loosely around events in December 1995 that culminated in the murders of three drug dealers in Rettendon, Essex, UK.
