由哈尔滨市委宣传部、平房区与中央电视台中央新影集团合作联合摄制的大型纪录片《七三一》举行开机仪式。该片计划于2014年底或2015年初在中央电视台纪录频道黄金时段首播。 据了解，侵华日军第七三一部队遗址既是揭露日本军国主义残暴罪行的现实证据，也是哈尔滨市特有的历史文化资源。此片采用纪录片的形式，全方位客观地揭露侵华日军“七三一”部队的罪恶行径，还原真实历史。 这部电影采用亲历者访谈、专家学者访问、实景再现、动画复原、档案解密等拍摄手法，围绕“七三一”细菌部队相关史实，揭露日本侵略军在华细菌战的罪行。。过去，在被称作冬木的城市曾举行过由七位魔术师与英灵参加的“圣杯战争”。 然而趁着第二次世界大战的混乱，“某位魔术师”强行夺走了圣杯—— 数十年过去，千界树一族高举那个圣杯为象征，叛离了魔术协会，宣布独立。 愤怒的魔术协会派遣了刺客，但他们却遭到了召唤出的Servant的反击。。A group of students who are participating in a university's summer science camp are drawn into an incredible quagmire of conflicts, ranging from the relatively simple conflict between an engaging and forthright young teacher and his older manipulative colleague, to a contest pitting political correctness against free scientific inquiry.
