《男人之苦》第10集，寅次郎（渥美清飾）鳥倦歸巢，返回柴又老家，卻發現家裡來了個不速之客──大學教授岡倉（米倉齊加年飾）。寅正怒著離家之際，童年知己千代（八千草薰飾）竟突然到訪。兩人由兒時趣事談起，感情突飛猛進，但原來同時間，岡倉教授亦對千代暗生情愫。初次面臨三角戀危機的寅，究竟如何進退？今集還有巨星田中絹代客串演出。 The tenth instalment in the Tora-san series. Tora-san comes back to his old home in Shibamata. His university professor Mr Okakura (Masakane Yonekura) suddenly arrives at his home which makes Tora-san so angry that he plans to leave home. However, his old friend Chiyo (Kaoru Yachigusa) comes to visit him. The two of them begins to reminisce about old times, and has developed a kind of bonding between them. At the same time, Mr Okakura has become attracted to Chiyo, which makes this the first ever love triangle for Tora-san. Superstar Kinuyo Tanaka has a special appearance in this film.。医科大学新生善花（韩智敏）、启范（吴泰景）、忠石（温朱万）、京敏、志英和银珠被分到同一小组上解剖课，在解剖教室，面对来历不明的女尸，众人表现大相径庭，尤以优等生银珠和“万人迷”忠石反应最为突出，前者紧张尖叫转身离开，后者饶有兴致地拿起手机拍下尸体身上的老土纹身。 银珠为战胜自己，深夜只身潜进解剖教室，被杀，当众人把怀疑的目光落在将银珠当情敌的志英身上时，志英不久也死于解剖教室，因为亲见志英的挣扎，京敏疯掉。意识到一切皆被神秘力量操纵后，善花、启范和忠石为自救，开始联手欲揭开噩梦真相。。
